Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: Shipping costs in the continental US are included in our prices for customer convenience. International buyers should email or call us for a shipping quote.
Q: Can I return my item if I change my mind? A: We will gladly refund your purchase price, less the cost for shipping and handling which was included in the price. All items must be un-used in their original packaging. Prior notification to Waterbeds and More at 1-800-552-3297 is required to insure proper credit/refund.
